Please Note: It is required that both the "A" to "B" and the "B" to "C" be setup with the same closing agent/attorney. The closing agent must be aware that you are performing a Back-to-Back closing and they must only structure it as a Back-to-Back closing. We will not fund deals that are not Back-to-Back closings. If you are unsure, please ask your title company / closing agent early so that you don't waste your time.
